本軟體需搭以下遠端軟體或硬體：1. Richcare 瑞奇雲端追蹤神器軟體(*)2. RicoX 車載防盜器注意：(*) 可於 Google Play 商店，搜尋 Richcare 下載安裝。使用範圍：手機丟失、業務監控、跟蹤蒐證、外遇抓姦、愛車防盜、小孩老人防走失！使用方法：1. 被追蹤對象手機內安裝 Richcare (瑞奇雲端追蹤神器)軟體，並建立一個帳號。2. 防盜車輛請安裝 RicoX 車載防盜器於車輛的 OBD 端口 (見 RicoX 手冊)。3. 查看方安裝本 Richeye 軟體，並建立一個帳號。4. 在 Richeye 群組理面選擇添加好友時，添加被追蹤對象之 Richcare 帳號或 RicoX 機身上 16位數序號即可。5. 添加完成後，即可在 Richeye 的群組裡面看到被追蹤者或防盜車輛傳送訊息(**)。注意：(**) 如果想看到被追蹤者或防盜車輛位置及軌跡，可以搭配 Richmania瘋狂瑞奇大富翁(離線地圖+位置服務+大富翁遊戲...)使用。安裝 Richmania (瘋狂瑞奇大富翁) 軟體，請於 Google Play 商店下載安裝 Richmania 並使用 Richeye 的帳號登入，在群組選單裡可找到相同的好友帳號(被追蹤對象)。

＊＊＊ 本軟體只有發送位置訊息, 還需搭配 Richeye 瑞奇雲眼或Richmania 瘋狂瑞奇大富翁(台灣離線地圖+大富翁遊戲+位置服務...)使用，你可以在瘋狂瑞奇大富翁的地圖中查詢Richcare 的位置與歷史軌跡, 執行鎖定/跟隨/電子圍欄...(如圖片) ＊＊＊應用程式透過精準 GPS或基站定位資訊，與創新省電與節省流量技術讓使用者即使手機/手錶為待機狀態時，依然可於背景持續發送追蹤信息至遠端(*)。(*) 注意: 遠端軟體可以在下面位置取得, 或 Google Play 商店搜尋 "Richmania 瘋狂瑞奇富翁"使用範圍：手機丟失、業務監控、跟蹤蒐證、外遇抓姦、愛車防盜、小孩老人防走失！使用方法：1. 被追蹤對象安裝 Richcare (瑞奇雲端追蹤神器)軟體, 查看方安裝 Richmania (瘋狂瑞奇大富翁)軟體https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.richmania.online2. 請在 Richcare 或 Richmania 建立兩個帳號 (兩軟體的帳號密碼是通用的, 可以交互登入),並各自登入.3. 接著在 Richmania 地圖上搜尋附近玩家, 應該可以發現 Richcare 的帳號在附近(**),此時可以在地圖點選他做鎖定. 就這麼簡單!(**) 如果兩隻手機擺在一起, 或下面方式建立為朋友.P.S.1. 你也可以在 Richmania 瘋狂瑞奇大富翁的群組功裡新增好友, 發送給 Richcare 帳號一個朋友邀請, 並在Richcare 的未確認群組裡, 操作同意加入為朋友, 這樣 Richmania上你就可以隨時在朋友列表裡快速找到該帳號位置.2.請注意，被追蹤者需開啟GPS定位功能與網際網路通信功能，若是給小朋友使用建議採用計量型預付卡，本軟體流量每月低於100MB。
